At the hospital, Daniel listens as John recounts the events on the night of his accident. He admits that Brady was in his right to defend himself. He does not say anything about remembering that Theresa was the one that hit him. Kristen and Daniel listen, but do not believe what John said.
Later, Theresa corners Daniel and brags that he was wrong. Daniel says nothing and leaves to meet with Brady privately. Theresa is now nervous that he will tell Brady what he suspects.
Daniel is with Brady. Brady tells him that he feels that Johh is not telling him the truth. Daniel agrees.
