At the hospital, Theresa warns Daniel again not to spread lies about her to John. Marlena comes out of John's room. John has requested to see them both. Theresa is stunned. They go to John's room. John wants Daniel to verify that he is in complete control of his faculties and that what he says is reliable. Daniel checks him over and says he is well enough to address the group. John then asks for a police presence to be there. Marlena goes and gets Roman. Daniel, Kristen, Brady, Theresa and Marlena are all present when Roman updates John on Brady and Theresa's statement from the night of the accident. When Roman is done, Marlena then asks John if that is what he remembered happening. John stares.
