At the hospital, Maggie stops by Daniel's office. She wants to warn him about Eve. Daniel assures her he knows all about Eve. Maggie tells him that a long time ago, Eve ran over Daniel's sister with a car. Daniel was not aware of that. Maggie feels Daniel is just the sort of guy Eve would set her sights on. Daniel understands. Maggie also brings up JJ dating Paige. Daniel defends Paige. She is a nice girl and nothing like her mother.
Theresa is with Paige at the club. Daniel is with Parker. He overhears Theresa trying to undermine JJ's motives to be with Paige. Theresa warns Paige that JJ will use her and then dump her. Theresa leaves.
Daniel moves to Paige's table. He tells her not to believe what Theresa thinks. What matters is what Paige thinks about JJ. JJ arrives. He and Paige go to the counter to get coffee. Paige tells JJ the only thing that matters is how she feels about him. Paige then kisses JJ.
