At the hospital, Daniel catches Kristen in John's room. He hauls her out of there and threatens to get a restraining order to keep her away from John. Daniel is disgusted that she even was able to get bail. Kristen keeps everything low key. She is not threatened by Daniel's outcry. She asks to speak with him privately. Daniel takes her to his office.
Kristen smugly tells Daniel "thank you" for bringing her back to Salem. She thinks everything is going to work out well. Daniel hopes she goes to prison for a long time. He sarcastically tells her she can write him a thank you note on prison stationery. Kristen leaves and Daniel calls Brady.
Brady arrives at the hospital. Daniel assures Brady that he has checked John out. Kristen did not do anything to him. Brady wants to be done with Kristen. Daniel tells Brady that he feels Kristen has a plan. They are both unaware that Kristen has taken photos of John's chart. She emails them off to an unknown person for review.
