     At the Kiriakis mansion Daniel tickles Parker, glad that he is home and with his son. Brady enters and he thanks Daniel for bringing  Kristen back to Salem. Daniel tells Brady that she still wants him. Brady is adamant that he does not want to see her. Daniel reminds him that there will be a trial and he may be forced to see her.  Maggie and Victor arrive home. Victor pulls Parker away from Daniel, so Maggie can have a chance to talk to him. She is so thankful that he is home and not hurt. Daniel asks her to do him a favor. He would like her to support Jennifer through this lawsuit with Eve. Maggie agrees. 
   Daniel and Parker are off to the park.  Paige spots Daniel and apologizes for her mother hitting on him. He tells her not to worry, it is not her problem. JJ arrives and questions Daniel about the laundry truck experience with Kristen. Daniel tells him it was quite a ride, but he is hopeful that it will help Eric.   Daniel gets called into work.  Paige and JJ offer to babysit Parker. 
    Daniel stops by for coffee before going to work.  Eric is there. Daniel finds out he is going to testify before the grand jury.  Daniel hopes it will clear his name and Eric can become a priest again. Eric tells him that the cardinal in Rome has already offered him reinstatement and that he turned it down. Daniel asks if Eric is in love with Nicole. Eric replies, no, he hates Nicole.
    Later, at the hospital, Nicole tries to talk with Daniel, but he gives her the cold shoulder.  When she asks why the silent treatment, Daniel asks her what has she done now to Eric.
