Daniel and Kristen are in the back of a laundry truck. Daniel is taking Kristen back to Salem to face Eric, Brady and Marlena. Kristen is adamant that Brady still loves her. Daniel says she is delusional. Kristen flies into a physical rage. When Daniel checks her over. She has hurt her wrists. Daniel unties Kristen's constraints to put salve on her wounds. Kristen turns the conversation to Rebecca. She tries to get Daniel to soften up about Jennifer. Daniel doesn't take to compare her love for Brady by his love for Jennifer. Daniel does not want to discuss Jennifer.
Kristen is wondering how Daniel is going to get to Salem with no money and no phone. Daniel reveals his plan to Kristen. What she doesn't know is he checked the manifest of the truck. It is headed to the Salem Inn..just five doors down from the Salem police station. Kristen sits stunned.
