    Daniel is about to leave his apartment, when Eve barges in. She needs to speak with him immediately. Daniel tells her that meeting with him here is not appropriate. She should make an appointment at his office. She begs him to hear her out. She explains that Theresa is her sister. Due his past relationship with Theresa, Eve feels that it puts Daniel in an uncomfortable position.  She tells Daniel she has hired another surgeon. Daniel accepts the change and  will send her reports on to Dr. Chung.  
    Eve also tells Daniel that Paige is her daughter. Paige admires Daniel a great deal and Eve is grateful for his help.  Daniel has a doctor contact in Palo Alto that he will give Paige when when she leaves for college at Stamford.  Eve is appreciative of Daniel for watching out for Paige. 
    Eve continues to flirt with Daniel. She asks him out for drinks, but Daniel explains he is still not over his last relationship.  Eve leaves the invite open and heads to another appointment. 
    At the hospital, Daniel gives Eve's records to Maxine. He asks her to forward them to Dr. Chung. They briefly discuss Eve. As of right now Daniel paints her as a very gracious woman but suspects she is a handful to control.
