At the Brady Pub, Daniel is laughing with Eve at pictures of Parker. Jennifer spots them and walks in. She is in a huff that Eve would move in on Daniel. Daniel steps away to take a phone call. Jennifer blasts Eve. Eve leaves. Daniel asks Jennifer if there is a problem. She shoots him a glare and storms out. Daniel goes out after her. He follows Jennifer to her home for an explanation of her attitude. Jennifer blasts Daniel for associating with Eve. Daniel doesn't understand. Jennifer finally updates Daniel on her lawsuit with Eve. Daniel is disgruntled with Jennifer. He asks Jennifer how he could know any of that information. He loves Jennifer, but their relationship has hit a wall. Daniel abruptly leaves.
He passes through the square where Eve calls out to him. She tries to white wash the earlier scene, but Daniel calls her out. He tells her he feels like she has used him and he storms away.
Later, at the hospital, Nicole approaches Daniel. She wanted to know why he didn't tell her about Brady and John. Daniel tells her he thought Brady could use some help if she could find the time to stop thinking about herself. Nicole start to speak, but Daniel cuts her short and walks away.
