On Smith Island, Daniel has found the Dr. Chyka letter. Jennifer arrives and he hides it in his pocket. She sees that he is upset, but thinks it is because he is at the crime scene where Liam died. Jennifer rushes him off the island. Daniel reluctantly leaves with her without getting the chance to look for more documents.
At home Daniel reviews the documents he found. He starts to put the puzzle together . He flashes back to Nicole's statements and he knows Nicole is involved with hiding the information from Eric.
