Daniel storms into Nicole's hotel room. He confronts on her eloping with Eric. Daniel wants the truth on what she told Eric. He needs to understand why Eric is angry with him. Nicole confesses that she told Eric that Daniel was in love with her. Daniel blasts her. Nicole starts to cry and unravels all her lies to Daniel. She was intent on marrying Eric. She did everything she could to make that happen. The door to Nicole's hotel room is ajar, Jenifer is out in the hallway listening.
Daniel will not let Nicole live this lie. He needs to find Eric. Nicole needs to tell him the truth. Daniel asks Nicole where Eric is. She tells him the church. Daniel will drive her to Eric. Plans change when Daniel gets paged to the hospital for a major car accident. Nicole will tell Eric herself. She calls Eric and tells him Daniel is out of his mind. She heads out to see Eric. She is unaware that Jennifer is also finding her way to see Eric with the news she overheard between Daniel and Nicole. When Nicole finds Eric, she tells him she booked an earlier flight. Eric grabs her hand and pulls her back.
