At Daniel's apartment, Eric stops by to get the Dr. Chyka papers. Daniel tells Eric, he is sorry about what Nicole did to him. Eric does not want to talk about Nicole. He apologizes to Daniel for not believing in him. Daniel tells him that there is no need to apologize, Nicole set them both up. Eric starts to leave with the papers. He tells Daniel that maybe one day they can talk through this. Daniel understands. He is glad Nicole finally told Eric the truth. Eric tells Daniel that Nicole did not tell him, Jennifer did. Daniel doesn't understand how Jennifer could tell Eric. Eric thinks he needs to speak with Jennifer. When Eric leaves he calls Jennifer. She will meet with Daniel at her house. Daniel is on his way out the door when Nicole shows up at his apartment.
