Nicole rushes into Daniel's apartment. She vows she has to help him no matter what. Nicole is stressing out and decides to tell him everything. She starts to unravel her story and Daniel's phone rings. Daniel answers the phone. It is Brady offering his support. Daniel thanks him, but cannot talk with him as he is on the hospital board. When he hangs up, he tells Nicole he believes it was Theresa who had a hand in drugging him. Before he judges Theresa, Nicole tells him she has to tell him something huge. Daniel appreciates her help, but points out that if she goes after Theresa, Theresa will expose the video she has of JJ. Before Nicole can continue, JJ and Abigail arrive to offer support. Nicole is unable to disclose her lies with JJ and Abigail present, so she decides to leave without telling Daniel the truth.
When Nicole leaves, JJ tells Daniel he must do what ever he can to stop Theresa. Daniel reminds him of Theresa's video. JJ doesn't care if he has to end up going to jail so be it. Daniel will not hear of that. JJ going to jail would not only hurt him but his mother. That is not an option. Daniel will not put JJ at risk.
Meanwhile, Jennifer lays it on the line with Liam. She believes in Daniel. Liam leaves frustrated. He should be the one with Jennifer not Daniel. He is now out to destroy Daniel completely.
