Daniel spots Theresa in the park. She tries to scurry away, but he calls her back. He point blank tells her she is going down. She plays dumb and slings threats against Daniel. Daniel warns her that if she is any way involved with what happened to him, she will be sent to prison and there is nothing he or Jennifer will be able to do about it.
Jennifer meets with Daniel. She tells him that Brady wants to help clear his name. Daniel later meets with Brady. He tells him that he is sleeping with the enemy. Brady tells Daniel that he has broken things off with Theresa. He wants to help. Daniel thanks Brady for his interest.
