Daniel wants to go after Theresa and have it out once and for all. Jennifer tells him it is not a good idea. Theresa will make it even more difficult for him and her. Daniel gets fired up. He cannot sit by and do nothing. Jennifer reasons with Daniel that more people could get hurt. He realizes his mistake and apologizes to Jennifer. Jennifer laments that if he did not love her none of this would be happening. Daniel holds Jennifer and tells her never to say that again. Jennifer decides to go pro active and heads to the hospital to write a press release to help minimize the damage that has been done to Daniel's medical reputation. When she leaves, Nicole comes knocking at Daniel's door. She declares that she must help Daniel no matter what the cost.
