At Daniel's apartment, Daniel and Jennifer have reunited and they are kissing passionately. They need to make up for lost time and the kissing continues on the couch. Nicole arrives home and gets a surprise seeing Daniel and Jennifer making out on the couch. They are all a bit uncomfortable at the situation. Daniel walks Jennifer out and makes plans to be with her tonight.
Daniel confronts Nicole. She has obviously been crying. Nicole relents that she can tell Daniel anything, the good , the bad , the ugly. Daniel agrees they have been through a lot together. He will listen and not judge.
Eric arrives and Daniel leaves to give them time to talk.
Daniel makes a trip to see Theresa at her apartment. He barges in and tells her point blank that he is back with Jennifer. He also warns her if she hurts Jennifer, Abigail or JJ, she will answer to him. He will destroy her. He points to the couch and tells her don't make him sorry he saved her ass. He then leaves as quickly as he arrived. Theresa pouts.
JJ spots Daniel buying flowers. He comments that those are his mom's favorite. Daniel takes a moment to say thank you to JJ. He shakes his hand in gratitude.
