When Daniel arrives home, he immediately checks his computer for Eric's files. The files are also gone from his home computer. He calls out for Nicole, but she is not there. Daniel places a call to Ted for help. Ted needs to keep working on his office computer, but he will messenger a flash drive to his home for a fix. Jennifer overhears and offers to deliver the flash drive to Daniel's apartment. Ted gives her the flash drive.
When the flash drive arrives, Daniel is surprised to see that it is Jennifer at his door as the messenger. Daniel loads the flash drive and waits for the files. Jennifer checks on Dr Duvall. He did not arrive in Salem early. Jennifer suspects Daniel is helping Eric. Daniel tries to dismiss Jennifer as her presence is making things uncomfortable. Jennifer questions him about something Eric said to her, that there may be more to their break up story that he is not telling her. She feels Daniel is hiding something that added to their break up. Daniel tells Jennifer he is sorry. She turns to leave.
Earlier, Theresa daydreamed of kissing Daniel after confronting him about the night she overdosed. She decides to pay Daniel a visit.
When Jennifer leaves Daniel's apartment, she finds Theresa arriving at Daniel's door. Daniel observes Jennifer's annoyance at the uncomfortable situation.
