Theresa daydreams of Dr. Daniel being half naked, sleeping on his couch. When she tries to kiss him, he unceremoniously pushes her off him. Theresa comes to the conclusion she must reformulate her plan to get Dr. Dan to like her.
At Daniel's office, Dr. Chyka arrives, but he calls himself Dr. Duvall upon meeting Daniel. Daniel is expecting him tomorrow. When Daniel gets a panic call from JJ, he dismisses Dr. Duvall and locks his office to go meet with JJ. After Daniel leaves, Dr. Chyka breaks into Daniel's office and works on Daniel's computer.
Daniel meets JJ in the park. JJ hems and haws, but wants to tell Daniel the truth about Theresa blackmailing him. When JJ sees Theresa, he changes his story. He tells Daniel that he tried to derail his mother's date with Liam. Daniel is not pleased. He tells JJ it is over with Jennifer.
Dr. Chyka has now changed locations. He breaks into Daniel's apartment and tampers with Daniel's home computer. He is caught though when Nicole finds his uninvited presence in the living room.
When Daniel returns to the hospital, he scrambles to search for his files on Eric's case, unaware Dr. Chryka has tampered with them.
