At Daniel's office, Jennifer walks in and is surprised to see JJ there. She questions JJ, but he is slow to answer. Daniel steps in and covers for JJ saying JJ came to pop off at him for what he did to his mom. Jennifer tells JJ that is not acceptable and tells him to go home. JJ leaves. Jennifer badgers Daniel about Theresa. Daniel continues to cover for JJ and tells her it is not her concern. Jennifer is hurt that Daniel would sleep with, of all people Theresa. Daniel tells her he was never unfaithful to her. He can do whatever he wants now. Jennifer admits she pushed Daniel away. Daniel tells her now she knows how he feels. When Jennifer leaves hurt, Daniel's eyes well with tears.
JJ returns to Daniel's office. He returns the office key and tells Daniel he misjudged Daniel. JJ never gave Daniel a chance. JJ admits to breaking the mp3 player, trashing his car and breaking Parker's toy train. He apologizes. Daniel tells him he is not out of the woods. Theresa is a wild card and what she says could still hurt JJ. Daniel tells JJ to stay away from her. He will handle things with Theresa. He also reiterates that JJ must continue to act like he hates Daniel's guts. Daniel warns JJ if he has anything to do with drugs...he will be on his own. JJ promises Daniel he won't. JJ extends his hand and thanks Daniel for all he has done.
