Daniel arrives at Jennifer's door unannounced. She tells him he can't be here. Justin doesn't want people who were involved with JJ's arrest to discuss the case, especially if they are called to testify. Daniel assures Jennifer. He would never say anything to hurt JJ. Jennifer says she has hurt him. She is now going to focus strictly on her son.
At Daniel's apartment, Fr. Eric stops by to see if Daniel knows about JJ. Daniel tells Eric that he will not be seeing Jennifer anytime soon. Daniel also give Eric an envelope from the Capital hotel where Eric fell sick. Daniel explains that it should have the name of the only woman who checked in to the hotel the evening Eric fell ill. When Eric opens the letter, the name is Taylor Fay. He connects the name with Nicole.
Later, at the park, Parker's ball rolls against a bench. When Parker goes to get it, he finds a flash drive. Daniel takes it and says it looks like somebody lost something.
