Daniel confronts JJ. He asks him for five minutes of his time. JJ agrees. When Daniel brings up Jack and Jennifer, JJ balks and turns to walk away. Daniel calls him out, telling him he agreed to five minutes and challenges him to be a man of his word. JJ thinks about it and agrees to let Daniel have his say.
Daniel tells JJ to go home. He wins. He will stay away from Jennifer and the family. Daniel tells JJ not to throw away his mother's love. He also tells JJ he is scared that Daniel will replace Jack. Daniel tells him he gives up. JJ wins and he will stay away from Jennifer. But he also tells him, he is doing it for JJ, so JJ will have a chance. JJ plays the "I don't care anymore" card and tells Daniel he can move in with his mom for all he cares.
At the hospital, Daniel witnesses Jennifer and Theresa arguing intensely. Jennifer storms away. Daniel was not aware there was bad blood between them. Maggie fills him in.
Daniel goes to Theresa's apartment. She is very excited to see the good doctor at her door.
