Daniel arrives at Theresa's door. He has a favor to ask of her. Theresa immediately jumps on the remark and flirts with Daniel. Daniel asks her to stay away from JJ. Theresa comments on Daniel's personal break up with Jennifer and thinks he and her would be great together. Daniel dismisses her intent. He bluntly tells her he would never get involved with her and calls her delusional.
At the hospital, Daniel confronts Anne. He wants Theresa fired and out of the hospital. Anne fusses over his demand and accuses him of sleeping with Theresa. Daniel sets her straight and reiterates his demand. He wants Theresa fired. EJ overhears the conversation.
