At the hospital, Daniel is with Eric when he wakes up. Eric is panicked. Daniel tries to calm him down before asking him questions about last night. Eric's memory is blurred. He remembers checking in to the hotel and offering to help a troubled woman at the check in desk. He later took a shower. He also remembers not eating or drinking anything.
Daniel is puzzled by what caused Fr. Eric's sudden sickness and sudden recovery. He will run more tests before releasing him. Daniel updates both Nicole and Brady of Eric's condition. Nicole is glad Eric will be OK. She hugs Daniel.
