Daniel has a daydream about reconciling with Jennifer. A nurse interrupts his daydream. He inadvertently bumps into Jennifer and things get tense. Jennifer tells Daniel she found his card and asked him if it was true or did he want it back. Daniel said it was true, he would like to reconcile. Jennifer asks him if he can trust her judgement with her son. Their conversation gets interrupted by Marlena. He also gets a call from Nicole about Eric coming into the ER. Daniel tends to Eric and he rapidly improves. Daniel pulls Nicole aside for any information regarding Eric as he suspects he has been poisoned.
