At Daniel's apartment, Daniel pulls JJ out of his chair and grabs him by the shirt. He chastises him for listening to his crap music and for putting his son in danger. JJ is oblivious to what is going on. Daniel fills him in, that Parker was standing on a stool and could have easily fallen. Daniel's anger rises, but Jennifer walks in and quickly separates the two. Still livid, Daniel warns JJ to keep away from his son. While Daniel sees to Parker, Jennifer sends her two kids home. When Daniel comes back in to the living room, Jennifer assures Daniel that JJ is sorry. Daniel works hard not to offend Jennifer, but she senses that he is trying to appease her. Daniel doesn't want to play games. He knows JJ broke his mp3, Parker's train and he suspects he also trashed his car. Jennifer finds it hard to believe. She decides to leave and go talk to her son. Daniel thinks that is a good idea. Things are left in tension mode as Daniel gets called away by Parker. Jennifer quietly leaves.
Later, Brady stops by to see Daniel. Daniel is worried about him. Brady explains about losing his phone and not knowing Daniel was trying to touch base with him. Brady informs Daniel that Kristen was not who he thought she was. He watches Daniel with Parker and it causes to him to sadly reflect on Kristen and adopting kids with her. Brady cuts the visit short as Daniel has his hands full with Parker, but Brady promises to keep in touch.
