At the Horton Town Square, Daniel and Jennifer try to dissuade Brady from going to see Kristen before the wedding. Brady says he is not superstitious, but Jennifer and Daniel convince him that Kristen may need this time alone. Brady concedes and continues to hang out at the town square.
Daniel has a sudden urge to kiss Jennifer. She encourages him to act on that urge. They are unaware that JJ is lurking and watching them kiss. JJ does not approve of Daniel and decides to act on his feelings.
Daniel and Jennifer go to the church to see Eric. While inside, JJ slashes the tires on Daniel's car.
When Daniel and Jennifer return to the Horton house, JJ plays dumb about the incident, but does make an offhanded remark to Daniel that somebody must not like him. JJ makes the appropriate comments on how sorry he is for Daniel to have that happen. But Daniel begins to doubt JJ's sincerity.
