At Daniel's apartment, Kristen has a revelation that Theresa hit John, not Brady. Daniel flashes back to conversations that he had with Theresa and believes Kristen could be right. Kristen wants to partner with Daniel to prove Brady's innocence. Daniel wants no part of her plan and ushers her out the door. When he opens it he finds Jennifer. Daniel leaves to take a phone call. Jennifer blasts Kristen for what she has done. Kristen leaves.
When Daniel returns, he tells Jennifer he has to go to the hospital. She questions him about Kristen being there. Daniel tells her it is none of her business. Jennifer resents his comment. Daniel fires off the reason they broke up was because Jennifer had no faith in how he handles himself with women. He tells her she was wrong about Nicole and she knows nothing about why he is talking to Kristen. Jennifer takes offense and storms out. Daniel goes after her, but does not catch her. Frustrated, he leaves for the hospital.
At the hospital, Daniel sees Paige. She explains that her friend hurt her arm, but there is a line in the ER. Daniel offers to look at the arm so she can return to the party.
