At the hospital, Daniel learns Jennifer's conversation with Maxine was about a PR award and not about him and Jen getting back together. Maxine figures the misunderstanding out and is happy for Daniel and Jennifer. JJ passes by after leaving Jennifer's office and it is obvious to Daniel that Jennifer did not tell JJ about their reconciliation either. Daniel confronts Jennifer. After a heated discussion, he tells her he does not want to keep their relationship a secret and abruptly storms out of her office.
Daniel offers his Jennifer date symphony tickets to Theresa. Theresa agrees thinking Daniel is asking her out on a date. She is disappointed when Daniel indicates not. When Daniel leaves, Theresa decides to scalp the tickets for drugs.
