Daniel is at the Kiriaki's mansion. He is reading about the memorial service for the victims of last year's disaster. Daniel's thoughts turn to Jennifer, who will be reminiscent of Jack's death. He texts her a message to console her. Parker senses Daniel is sad and hugs him.
Maggie chimes in on Daniel's mere text to Jennifer. She doesn't think that is enough. Daniel tells her it is none of her business. Maggie tells him, he and Jennifer need to find a way to help JJ together.
At the hospital, Nicole gives Daniel the same lecture about how he should be with Jennifer today. Daniel is surprised that Nicole is suddenly concerned about Jennifer. Nicole tells him her time at the book club changed things. Nicole vents and tells him she will just have to take care of JJ herself.
Back at the mansion, Daniel is holding a laughing Parker upside down. Brady sees the fun and hopes someday he will be a dad.
