Daniel's kiss with Chloe heats up and continues to unfold on his couch. He has second thoughts and stops, saying it isn't right. Chloe tells him it is and unbuckles his belt to speed things up, but Daniel stops her. Chloe takes his hand and puts it on her chest. She tells him he is the best man she has ever known. Daniel tells Chloe he does not want to use her to get rid of his pain. Daniel pulls away and decides to go visit Parker in NYC. Chloe tells him it isn't necessary. She will call her mom to bring Parker back right away.
Maggie stops by to see Daniel. She notices the bottle of booze on the table and is concerned Daniel will try and drown his sorrows. Daniel thanks her for her concern and decides he needs to take a walk.
On his walk, he encounters Jennifer. Their eyes lock, but Daniel ignores her, he turns and walks abruptly away.
