     At the Horton Town Square, Daniel pulls Chloe aside to get her version of what happened with Abigail.  She is quick to point fingers at Abigail, but fails to mention how she provoked her as well.  Rafe arrives. Chloe decides not to press charges. Daniel checks out Chloe's arm and finds there has been no damage. Daniel looks over at Jennifer and then gets up and goes to speak with her and Abigail. Jennifer is clearly upset by the fight between Chloe and Abigail. She is very cool and dismisses him, saying she needs to get Abigail home. Rafe comments "current girlfriend, ex wife, kid, its complicated" Daniel sighs.

     Daniel goes to see Parker. After a fun tickle fest, Chloe has a brilliant idea. She wants her mom to be the nanny for Parker. Daniel says he will think about it. Chloe pushes him for a decision, but Daniel needs time to think about it.

    Daniel goes to see Jennifer. He apologizes for Chloe. She understands what has happened, but does not want Abigail subjected to any more confrontation with Chloe. She tells Daniel they need to take a break from each other. Daniel's face goes sullen.
