Daniel wakes up when Parker tosses a toy at him. Daniel smiles and is pleased that his son is feeling better. Chloe arrives and brings Daniel a new cell phone. Daniel questions her how she was able to put all his data back on the phone. Chloe tells him she pretended to be his wife.
Daniel meets with Brady to give him his phone back. Brady can tell Daniel is stressed. Daniel says he needs to talk to Jennifer.
Jennifer drops by Daniel's apartment to see him. Chloe answers the door and they have words. Chloe slams Jennifer for lying to her, but Jennifer retaliates by bringing up Chloe's past lies with Daniel. Jennifer turns to leave and Daniel steps off the elevator. Pleasantries are exchanged, but nothing is resolved and Jennifer leaves. Daniel looks at her as the elevator door closes. She is unaware that Chloe destroyed the message she had left for him. Daniel is unaware also and is disappointed that things are unraveling between him and Jennifer. He rechecks his phone for a message from Jennifer, but to no avail. Chloe smiles and it appears she may be plotting her alone time with Daniel.
