Daniel is in Chicago on the phone with Chloe. She is frantic. Parker has spiked a temperature of 105. Daniel is skeptical of Chloe's hysteria until Kayla verifies her story. Daniel and Jennifer rush back to Salem.
When Daniel arrives at the hospital Parker has started to have convulsions. Daniel tries to calm Chloe. He will go check on Parker. Daniel returns and tells Chloe their son will be ok. Hearing the good news, Chloe hugs Daniel. Kayla allows them to go see Parker. Relieved at the sight of Parker, Daniel and Chloe share a grateful moment where their eyes lock. They let Parker rest.
Chloe vents that she was scared when she could not get in touch with Daniel. Chloe learns Daniel and Jennifer were in Chicago. She tells Daniel that Jennifer lied to her. Jennifer had told her they would be at a local club in Salem. Daniel doesn't believe it. Jennifer enters and Daniel questions her. Chloe stands smugly by, knowing Jennifer was caught in a lie.
