Daniel and Nicole have raced back to her place and the passion continues. After the loving, Nicole brings up the Rafe situation from earlier in the morning. Daniel gets annoyed that Nicole has killed the moment bringing up Rafe and changes the subject to shooting pool. The love fest continues. When Daniel and Nicole take a break, Nicole makes a remark to Daniel about not worrying about what is good for him. Daniel off-the-cuff tells Nicole that must be true, or he wouldn't be naked in her bed. Nicole take offense to the comment. Daniel spells it out to Nicole. He does not want to get serious with Nicole if Rafe is in the picture. Daniel goes off to take a cold shower. When he returns, Nicole turns on her seductive charms and coaxes Daniel back into her arms.
