At the Kiriakis mansion, Brady is fighting with Daniel. Eric steps in to break it up. Brady lets go and grabs Nicole putting her in a head lock. Brady realizes he has made a grave error in judgement and releases Nicole. He begins to profusely apologize to all three. Brady agrees to go to a meeting. Eric will accompany him. Nicole takes Daniel into the other room and tends to his wounds. Eric watches the closeness between Daniel and Nicole. With Brady in Eric's hands, Daniel and Nicole decide to go home. Daniel will check with Brady in the morning.
At Daniel's apartment, Nicole cleans Daniel's wound and puts one of Parker's bandages over his cut. The New Year's Eve fireworks have started. Nicole leans in and kisses Daniel on the cheek. She wishes him a Happy New Year. Daniel wishes her one too.
