Daniel is with Eric at the hotel room where Eric became ill. Eric begins to realize that his flashbacks may have been real. He tells Daniel that he is starting to figure things out. When Eric gets a call from Marlena that all charges against Sami have been dropped, Daniel offers him his car to go back to Salem. Daniel wants to stay at the hotel and run more tests. He will rent a car to return to Salem.
Back in Salem, Daniel seeks out Justin. He wants to help Jennifer with JJ, but anything he can do to help her, must stay anonymous and between them.
