Daniel wakes up next to Jennifer. He stops kissing her and declares his dream is to now give up being a doctor and become a professional stripper. Jennifer buys into his fun and tells him her mom was worried because she was dating a doctor.
Daniel tries a team approach so he can go with Jen to the hospital to get her job back. But, Jennifer says no. She must do this by herself.
Before going to the hospital, Jennifer does accompany Daniel to the rectory though, they both want to thank Nicole for her help with Chloe. When they get to the church, Nicole is not there, but Father Eric is. Jennifer leaves for her appointment. Daniel stays and tells Eric how much Nicole helped them. Nicole tipped him off about Chloe and what she was doing to Jennifer. Without her help, he would not have Jennifer or Parker back in his life today.
At the Kiriakis mansion, Daniel and Parker have put together a celebration for Jennifer. Jennifer is delighted. When asked to make a wish before blowing out the candle, Jennifer says she has everything she wants. Jen & Dan laugh as Parker blows out the candle! Daniel wraps his arms around Jennifer savoring the moment.
