Daniel and Jennifer hear Chloe out. She is sorry for all the things she did to try and win Daniel back. She is most sorry for using her son as a bargaining chip. She realizes she needs help and will be going away to receive therapy. She also tells Daniel, she will make sure his name is put on Parker's birth certificate so he will always have legal rights to his son. Daniel sadly watches as Chloe says goodbye to Parker. He tells her he will take care of their son. When Chloe leaves, Daniel thanks Jennifer for helping both him and Parker. Jennifer says she never wanted to hurt him. Daniel understands and pulls her into a kiss. Abigail and Parker enter the room, bearing cupcakes. Daniel politely lets Parker pick out the first one, but then chaos erupts when Daniel starts a cupcake war!
