At Daniel's apartment, Chloe moves to take Parker away from Daniel. Daniel physically blocks her. Heated words are exchanged. Chloe threatens to call the police as she is the only legal parent. Daniel calls her bluff and hands her his phone. Chloe whines all she wants is forgiveness. Daniel brings up her infidelity with his daughter's husband, Phillip. Daniel reminds her that her choices screwed up her life and then screwed up his life too. Chloe tells Daniel she loves him and wants them to work things out. Daniel tells her they would be living a lie. He is in love with Jennifer and he could not do that to his son. Chloe softens. She will not let Parker be robbed of his father's love. Daniel reiterates that he is not letting Parker out of his sight. Chloe says she deserves that. She leaves.
Daniel sits with Parker. He makes phone calls to Jennifer, but gets anxious when they keep going to voice mail. Meanwhile in the park, Chloe sits crying. She contemplates deleting her family photo of her, Daniel & Parker, but she doesn't go through with it.
