At the town square, Daniel is stunned to learn from Rafe that Nancy took Parker to Brazil. Rafe gives him a copy of Nancy's stamped passport as proof. Daniel now knows that both Nancy and Chloe lied to him. He vows to get to the bottom of this. Nicole wants to meet with Daniel. She tells Daniel that she is sure Chloe had a hand in breaking up him and Jennifer. Daniel believes her. He has an epiphany. He hugs Parker, anguishing over the fact that Chloe used Parker to get Jennifer out of his life.
Later at the apartment, Daniel meets with Chloe. He throws some off hand remarks at her and she senses something is amiss. She is unaware that Daniel is going to put all the cards on the table and figure out where they will go from here.
