Daniel is on a mission to set boundaries with Chloe, but he is having a hard time finding her. He notices Parker's train is broken and tries to fix it. He flashes back to Jennifer playing with Parker and the train set. He smiles remembering the happy sight. He gets restless waiting for Chloe. He buys Parker a new train and bumps into Nicole. He tells her that he is back with Jen. He thought it should come from him to tell her. Nicole is glad for Daniel, noting that he deserves to be happy. Nicole broaches the subject of Chloe, but Daniel dismisses any further discussion. But, when Nicole leaves, Daniel feels there is something unfinished in their conversation and it makes him feel uneasy.
He returns to the apartment..still no Chloe. When he tries calling her, it goes straight to voice-mail. He calls Nancy to see if she has heard form Chloe. But when he asks about Parker, the line suddenly goes silent.
