Daniel cannot get Jennifer off his mind. He sets out to set things right with her. He is disappointed when Abigail answers the door and tells him her mom has gone to Smith Island for a few days to be alone. Abigail excuses herself to take a phone call. Daniel starts to leave and Kristen is at the door. She point blank asks Daniel if he slept with Chloe. Daniel finally understands what Jennifer saw in his hotel room and also understands Chloe's deception. He hugs Kristen to thank her for the information and he heads for Smith Island to make things right with Jennifer. Daniel arrives at the Horton cabin, but Jennifer is not there. He opens the door to go look for her and she is on the other side as he opens the door. Their eyes lock.
