Daniel tells Chloe of his plans to go away tonight with Jennifer. Chloe poses a thought that maybe it is too soon for Jennifer to make that commitment. Daniel promptly address the comment by telling Chloe that he and Jen will make that decision themselves. He goes on to tell her that if she is worried about Jennifer drifting in and out of Parker's life, she shouldn't worry. He and Jennifer are solid. Chloe brings up her past with Kate. But, Daniel reassures Chloe that all that matters now is their son. Daniel departs to pick up Jennifer.
Daniel and Jennifer arrive at the lodge and all other agendas are set aside as their romantic evening begins. But, it is soon interrupted by a phone call from Chloe frantic to speak with Daniel about Parker.
