At the Brady Pub, Jennifer and Daniel are interrupted by Kate and Billie. Kate asks to speak with Daniel. Jennifer accommodates her by leaving the table. She will catch up with Billie. Kate asks Daniel for his help with Chloe in being able to see Parker. Daniel is at first tentative after what Kate has done to Chloe in the past, but agrees to at least run it by Chloe.
At the Kiriakis mansion, Parker receives his new toy from Daniel and happily plays with it. Daniel leaves to gather Parker's things for an outing at the town square. Parker is left alone with Jennifer. He starts to cry. Jennifer tells Daniel that she is the stranger in Parker's life not him. Daniel tries to reassure her. He kisses her unaware that Chloe is in the foyer distastefully observing. But, Chloe turns on her nice face and welcomes Jennifer to join her and Daniel on their outing with Parker.
Jennifer becomes uncomfortable and doesn't stay long at the town square. She politely excuses herself and returns to work. When she leaves, Daniel approaches Chloe with Kate's request. Chloe is adamant and immediately says no to the request. She makes a comment about all that Kate has done to her that he doesn't know the half of. Daniel questions Chloe on what has transpired that he is not aware of.
