      Nicole arrives at the hospital writhing in pain. Daniel exams her and calls Rafe to come be with her.  Daniel runs tests on Nicole and tells her EJ is still lingering outside.  Nicole is adamant that EJ cannot know that this baby is his. 
    Later Daniel crosses path with Lexie's doctor, who confirms that Daniel's diagnosis was correct.  Daniel still wants to review her notes to try and find something that will help Lexie's brain tumor.
