Daniel meets with Nicole and Rafe. Nicole clues Daniel in that EJ knows that she is pregnant. Nicole also tells Daniel that Rafe is now the baby's father. Daniel questions Rafe's long term commitment to care for Nicole's baby.
When the discussion of a paternity test is brought up, it triggers bad feelings for Daniel.
Daniel gets called away. Lexie is going to do her tests this evening at her mother's request. When the test results come back Daniel does not have good news for Lexie.
