Daniel goes to the hotel to check on Nicole after Rafe contacts him. He immediately recognizes that Nicole is dehydrated and starts an IV. He insists that somebody stay with her tonight. Rafe offers to stay. Daniel leaves and finds Melanie in the Horton Town Square. When Kate shows up, Melanie abruptly leaves, saying she will see her dad at home. Kate minces no words in telling Daniel to stay away from Billie. Daniel tells Kate she cannot control who he sees around town in Salem. Daniel sarcastically tells Kate that paranoia is a sickness and maybe she should see a doctor...a witch doctor. He then turns and walks away.
